I'm a writer and creative strategist from Victoria, British Columbia, where I live with my husband, James, and our three young boys.
I have a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Victoria (2010) and an MA in Political Science from Carleton University (2013). Since 2016, I've had the privilege of writing with a wonderful editorial team at Seattle-based Compendium Inc. Together, we've created greeting cards, gift books, and other thoughtful products sold by thousands of retailers across North America.
I like to write relatable and impassioned declarations of friendship, love, fortitude, and connection. I'm inspired by the landscape of the Pacific Northwest, and the whimsy and imagination of children's books (Rupert Bear is a favourite).
